How Symsafe gives you notice
• We send notices to the contact details in your account (usually email). Keep your details up to date.
• We may also post policy updates on our website where our terms say web notice is appropriate.

Deemed receipt
• Email: when sent, provided the sender does not receive an automatic delivery failure notification.
• Post: 3 days after posting within Australia; 10 days after international post.
